Our process and pricing

A clear path, and honest pricing.

We specialise in helping individuals and families migrate to Australia. You might already be here, or you might be planning your move from overseas.

Professional fees from $990 to $8,800 incl. GST, depending on the visa. See the full fee list.

A registered migration agent supporting you

We are an accredited and registered migration agent. The Australian Government authorises us to give immigration assistance and to represent you before the Department of Home Affairs.

You might be applying for a temporary visa or permanent residency. You might need help after you arrive. Either way, ADI Immigration is here to make your migration smoother, faster and more secure.

Our step-by-step process

One point of contact from your first enquiry through to lodgement.

We offer a high-quality, professional service that makes your application easier. We guide you every step of the way, with care, clarity and attention to detail.

1

Initial consultation

After we receive your enquiry, we start with a free phone consultation. You speak with one of our Immigration Specialists. We listen to your situation and your migration goals. We then assess your eligibility. We answer any questions you have. We also explain how we can help you reach your migration goals.

2

Engagement and agreement

After we look at your situation, we recommend the visa pathway that best suits you. You get a clear outline of your options and our recommended solution. Once you are ready to go ahead, we give you a formal service agreement (contract). It sets out our service and our fees. You will know exactly what to expect, with no hidden costs. Once you sign the contract, we become your authorised migration agent.

3

Application preparation and submission

The ADI Immigration Team guides you through gathering all your information. We check that every form and document meets the requirements of the Department of Home Affairs. We do the same for your supporting evidence. We then prepare your application for submission. You review it and approve it. Once you approve it, we submit your application to the Department on your behalf.

4

Application management and ongoing support

It may take several months for the Department to assess your application. We manage all correspondence with the Department. We keep you updated the whole way through. If more documents or steps are needed, we tell you. We keep managing your application until an outcome arrives. Once the Department decides, we explain the outcome to you. We then set out your next steps, if any are needed.

Our professional fees

Fair, competitive and transparent

We pride ourselves on a clear, supportive and efficient migration service. You might be applying for a partner visa, permanent residency or citizenship. Whichever it is, our process is built to make your journey to Australia as smooth as possible.

Our pricing is fair, competitive and clear. We explain every fee upfront and set it out in your service agreement.

Family visas are priced by pathway. See Child Visa and Parent Visa above, or the family visas page for the full family list.

What "From" means. "From" means the base fee for a standard application. A higher fee applies where there is more work to do. That can mean extra applicants, a previous refusal or cancellation to deal with, or complex evidence. We confirm the exact fee in writing in the service agreement before any work starts.

Published fees include professional services only. Government application fees, health checks, police checks, translation costs and other document costs are extra and payable separately.

Note: Fees include professional services only. Government application fees, health checks, police checks, translation costs and other document costs are extra and payable separately. For a partner visa, the government application charge is $11,710 (AUD) for the main applicant as at 1 July 2026. It is set by the Department of Home Affairs. Extra applicants are charged separately: $5,860 per extra adult and $2,935 per child.

The visa application process can be complex, slow and costly. That is even more true if you are not confident finding your way around the Australian legal system. The rules are strict, and each visa needs its own kinds of evidence. As a registered and experienced migration agency, ADI Immigration can help you with the whole application.

How long does it take? Processing times are set by the Department of Home Affairs and change regularly. We point you at the current published figures rather than quoting our own. You can check the current global visa processing times for your subclass on the Department's website. We will tell you what to expect for your situation on the free consultation.

Should I lodge now or wait? Two things are worth knowing. First, the Department sets the visa application charge and reviews it each year. Changes normally take effect on 1 July. The figure above is current as at 1 July 2026. Second, if you are in Australia on a temporary visa, the window to lodge while you still hold it gets shorter the longer you wait. We will explain what that means for your situation on the free consultation. Lodging sooner does not improve your chance of approval. It affects cost and timing, not the decision.

Fees explained

What our fee covers

  • Assessing your eligibility and recommending the visa pathway
  • Preparing and checking every form
  • Advising on and assembling your relationship or eligibility evidence
  • Drafting the written submission
  • Lodging the application on your behalf
  • Managing all correspondence with the Department
  • Responding to requests for further information
  • Keeping you updated until a decision is received, and advising on next steps

The fee is a fixed professional fee. It does not include government charges or third-party costs, which are listed above.

Doing it yourself

You can lodge a partner visa application yourself through ImmiAccount. The government charge is the same either way. What changes is who is responsible for the evidence. Partner visa decisions turn on how well the relationship is documented and presented. These are the three problems we see most often:

  • Thin relationship evidence.
  • A Form 888 statement that is missing, or witnessed incorrectly.
  • Gaps that are only noticed after a decision.

If an application is refused, the government charge is not refunded. A review at the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) carries its own fee on top, currently $3,496 (AUD) as at 1 July 2026. On partner visa applications, our "No visa, no fee" policy means we refund our professional fee if we prepare and lodge the application and it is not approved.

Why fees differ between agents

Fixed fees vary because the scope varies. Before you compare quotes, check what each fee includes:

  • Does the agent draft the written submission, or only check your forms?
  • Do they handle Department correspondence and requests for further information?
  • Does a registered agent review the file before lodgement?
  • What happens to the fee if the application is refused?

Our fee covers the full scope listed above.

Our fee policy

What "No visa, no fee" means

  • This applies to partner visa applications. If we prepare and lodge your partner visa application and it is not approved, we refund our professional fee.
  • Other visa types are priced separately and have their own terms. We confirm what applies to you in writing before any work starts.
  • Government application charges are set by the Department of Home Affairs and are not refundable by us. Neither are third-party costs such as health checks, police checks and translations.
  • The refund applies to applications we prepare and lodge for you, not to applications lodged by you or by another agent.
  • We arrange the refund once the decision is received, back to the account the fee was paid from.

99.75% approval rate, based on applications we lodged, as at July 2026. Past results are not a guarantee of your outcome.
