Who can apply

Eligibility

Family members of Australian citizens, permanent residents and eligible New Zealand citizens can apply to come to Australia either temporarily or to live permanently through the Family Migration Program.

Partner Visas

Allows a spouse, de facto partner or prospective spouse to live in Australia.

Parent Visas

Allow parents to move to and stay in Australia temporarily or permanently.

Child Visas

Allow parents to sponsor their dependent or adopted child, or an orphaned relative to live with them in Australia.

NZ Citizen Family Visa

Allows non-New Zealand citizens to travel to and live in Australia with a NZ citizen family member.
